AVOID WAITING IN LINE at AIDSWALK!
- Team members and captains are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to go to an Early Check-In session at SAAF (375 S. Euclid).
- Thurs, Oct 16 th, at SAAF, 9 am – 6 pm
- Fri, Oct 17 th, at SAAF, 9 am – 6 pm
- Sat, Oct 18 th, at SAAF, 9 am – 2 pm
At an Early Check-In, team captains turn in:
- Team members’ registration forms (unless they registered online)
- Parental consent forms, if applicable (see below)
- Team members’ donations and donation forms
Team captains pick up:
- Walker bibs for all team members who are youth, who paid the $10 registration fee; or who raised over $250 in donations
- Team members’ fundraising prizes (see below)
PARENTAL CONSENT FORMS
- If there are youth (under 18 years of age) on a team, a parent or guardian needs to sign the waiver of liability. The waiver appears at the bottom of the hardcopy walker registration form. If you need walker registration forms for youth team members, please contact us at 791-9255 or at 628-7223.
REGISTRATION AT AIDSWALK
- If a team cannot attend an early check-in session, team captains & team members can turn in donations as well as donation, registration, and parental consent forms at AIDSWALK. Registration opens at 6:30 a.m.
ONLY team captains and those team members who will be receiving fundraising prizes should get in line at the Registration tent!
Team captains turn in:
- All forms and donations from team members who are not receiving fundraising prizes
Team captains pick up:
- Walker bibs for team members who are not receiving fundraising prizes
FUNDRAISING PRIZES:
Just for registering, you will receive an official AIDSWALK 2008 T-Shirt! But don't stop there!
Great incentive prizes will be offered for fundraising levels that reach $100, $250, $500 and $1,000!
Incentives are based on your total raised online and/or turned into SAAF by October 19th and will be available for pickup at Early Check-In, or at AIDSWALK.

Fundraising prizes are based on individual fundraising totals, not team totals!
TEAM MEETING PLACE & TEAM PHOTOS:
- Team Meeting Area and the Team Photo booth have moved. Both will be on Alumni Plaza, immediately behind (east) the Registration and Incentives tents. Get your team’s picture taken – it’s FREE and a great way to remember AIDSWALK!
- A lot of teams will want photos taken, so it’s important that everyone check in with the volunteers at the Team Photo table. This will ensure that every team has an opportunity to get a photo taken.
TEAM SHIRTS AND BANNERS:
- Teams are encouraged to wear team T-shirts and to carry a team sign or banner.
